The service
QueKit is a personal relationship-memory app. You save details about people in your life; QueKit organizes them and brings them back when useful. Your content is yours — we claim no ownership of anything you save.
Subscriptions
QueKit Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown before purchase; cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Use QueKit only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't use it to harass, stalk, or harm others, to store content you have no right to hold, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
AI output
QueKit's suggestions, briefings, and drafted messages are generated assistance based on what you saved. They may be imperfect. Review them before relying on them or sending them to anyone.
Your responsibility for your data
Your saved content lives on your device. Keep your device backed up; deleting the app or your data removes your saved content, and we cannot recover it for you — by design, we never had a copy.
Disclaimers and liability
QueKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueKit's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continuing to use QueKit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
